Main Areas
A stone country style cottage with modern aesthetics, wooden floors, a high tall wooden roof on a site with lush gardens, fruit trees and a vineyard.
Two master bedrooms, one master bathroom with bathtub, multiple living room areas, a fully equipped kitchen and a loft with a king sized bed, 2 single beds and its own shower bathroom.
Armonia is bright and spacious with wonderful panoramic mountain views that would take the breath away to anyone free to experience a taste of Northern Greece.

Space Arangement
The house consists of two main floors and a loft. The ground floor (110m²) comprises of a comfortable lounge area with a dining table, the main living room with a fireplace, a fully equipped open kitchen and the stone paved terrace covered with a wooden pergola where-from one can enjoy the stunning views across the mountainous surrounding area.
The first floor offers 2 bedroom areas, one with a king-sized bed, a working desk space with a view to the garden and the other one with a king-sized bed, a small table with chairs overlooking the mountains across. Next to the rooms there is the master bathroom with a bathtub.
The Loft (40m²) with wonderful views to Menikion Mountain consists of a king-sized bedroom area, a small table with chairs, a single bed, a working desk space, a sofa and its own shower bathroom.
Out in the garden there is a large grassy space, three covered stoned paved sitting areas and a BBQ grill.
Visitors have full access to the house and garden, where they can enjoy their meals, coffee, company and relaxation with family and friends.

Free Parking on Premises
Free parking available on the premises as well as by the front gate alongside the yard fence.

Beautiful mountain views across Menikion Mountain can be enjoyed from most areas throughout the house.
36 inch Flat Screen TV & DVD
A Flat Screen TV and DVD player is available in the main living room. Although, we don't think you will want to use it!
Family Friendly
This is a Family House built with love and much inspiration... how much more Family Friendly can it get?
Bathrooms - Towls and Soap provided
The main bathroom with a bathtub is shared between the two master bedroom. Another one with a shower is in the Loft area.
Airconditioning
Although the house is pleasantly airy just by opening windows and balcony doors, all rooms are equipped with A/C... for the warmest summer days!
Washer & Dryer
Washer & Dryer as well Iron & Iron board for your clothes is provided. Just in case!
Private Entrance
The house has a Private front Gate and a fence all around the estate.
Stereo Music System
Well, if you feel like listening to some music, you can! Loudness is not a problem. No neighbours around!

Stelios and his family were very friendly and welcoming. The house is just amazing - it has everything you need, it is beautifully decorated and we felt like at home. It is the perfect place for a relaxing holiday , away from the busy everyday life. We had a great stay and will definitely come back again.

Stelios, his family, and the house are absolutely wonderful!... The house is comfortable, quiet, beautiful and has a lot of room. It is surrounded by nature (fruit trees in the garden) and only 5 minutes drive from the center of Serres. Highly recommended! Everything was perfect for us... the house and the people.
